You have some ways to solve your problem.No need to do anything with your Indian FRTOL now.

1. you can renew your RTR(p) by submitting a valid foreign radio licence and valid foreign PPL/CPL....

I saw the reqs of ATPL in Indian CAR .Its same lyk what quot on above. Bro,do u know any other requirements lyk how many night flying needed ? simulator hours etc ?
