They still to appoint guys from there last exam .. So no chance they can conduct any exam and they have hired 30 guys from kingfisher

Heard that they've been kept on hold for a while, and rumors that there's going to be another exam pretty soon for the non TR guys.

Rubbish. Training going on in Delhi at the moment. They will be sent to Toronto in June/July.

737 Type Rated batch

Hey guys!! Any idea whats happening with those 737 TR guys who were selected on march?? When would they be called for Joining formalities, they have been kept on hold since 13th march ever since they declared the Sim check result.

i suppose you have a friend among the ones who made did. do you have any details about their contract? does the speculation about the new exam for non-type rated candidates hold some weight?

also now since we have people here who made it fair and square so is it an established fact that their selection is at par with jet airways?

Training

From what I hear, some people have started training while some are still on hold. And it's true what someone mentioned earlier, they want a DD of 15 lakhs when signing the contract plus 12 lakhs (I'm assuming post dated cheques) for the bond of 5 years. Not sure when they second half will be called and no idea about another exam.

Spent lots n lots lakhs for getting CPL...now pay 25 more to air liner...
would have set-up a nice business in all this expences...

Hey.. is it 15 + 12 lacs to be paid?? or is it a bond where the money is cut out of the salary..

Cause a guy from spicejet told me its to be cut from the salary.. unlikely I know..

but please clarify.. what is the amount out of our pockets and what is it cut from the salary?

They want a DD of 15 lakhs on joining so that will have to be paid by you. As for the 12, I assume they will be post dated cheques but I'm not a 100% sure. The 15 though is an upfront payment.

It means they have received your CV at the moment they don't have any position for you IF they do they will contact you.

I'm actually surprised they keep your CV as most company won't keep them on file anymore due to DP issues.
