Mate, ITS A TEXT BOOK SCAM. Dont fall for it. Use a bit of common sense, why on earth would a company ask you to pay $420 if they are willing to spend $60,000 for the so called type rating, conversion, bla bla bla... Think about it.

Also, in most parts of the world you would need atleast 1500 hours plus jet time to get into a hawker 800 due to insurance requirements. So, if you have a lot of spare cash to throw away go ahead and send the money via WESTERN UNION to the so called company.

Good luck

Hi forum mate, am frm Philippines,so many guys are here with sack for catching young desperate pilots.hence I think its a trap for your money. Anyway that offer is really attractive.so you check the details of that company. If you can spare some money take a 15 days tourist visa.Come to here & investigate all things.Good luck

The CAA of Philippines has not implemented anything called frozen ATPL. They dont have that concept. Technically if you want to convert your license you will be converting to a CPL + IR etc giving the CPL written exams and a checkride. No frozen ATPL will be issued.

OK that was the technical part.

Regarding your query...smells like a dirty RAT. Stay AWAY! Lot of scamsters in the Philippines trying to lure lowtimers desperate for a job.
