Main reason behind deflating a wheel

Prior to removal, a wheel is deflated as a standard safety practice, whats the main reason behind this ?

Is it because of the valve core's ability to be ejected like a bullet under pressure ?

BD 50 per exam, and they can apply for the license for you if u (i think), but its nothing special, u can do it yourself, they use the same procedure for the EASA application.

A320 CTR TK pumps and slats.

whats the relation between those ? when slats are extended the center tank pumps go off, when retracted they go back on. this rule is ignored for 2 mins when an engines starts.
