License application form
on the form part 66 a/c maint license application SRG1014 form 19 issue 6
on section 4, EXAMINATION MODULES COMPLETED:
-I wish to claim the following credits (if applicable)
-Experience credit due to part-147 training
-Examination credit due to equivalent exam certifications
for myself, as a part 147 student, should i just write the modules number in experience credit due to part147 training ?
the guidance for this form doesn't say anything about this section.

In the experience credit due to part 147, You ought to write whatever hands-on training you did in your 147 school, (eg the king air basic skills training with tania, The sheet metal work, Ronaldo electronics workshop engineering drawing...etc).
It's preferable that you add any pertinent certificate or anything that substantiates it onto your 741 logbook.
And mention your EASA 66 modules aswell, Thats what I did atleast.
As to the ''-Examination credit due to equivalent exam certifications''
Just write N/A next to this one.
And the first one since you have no aviation related credit apart from your 147 certificate write N/A aswell.

I think ill just put EASA part 66 B1 modules, i don't have any proof for the king air stuff anyways, should i number the modules ? or does mentioning "EASA part 66 B1 modules" is enough with the certificate enclosed ? that one line wont fit for much :P

Number them I'd say and if it doesn't fit you can write outside the margins or just write in a smaller hand writing, You must cater for the most amount of imformation possible in regards to your hands-on experience to ease thier assement job and hence hasten your license issuance, as to the king air stuff, You do have it it's in your basic skills logbook and stamped and signed by the 147 instructor.

General advice for anyone in a part 147 school - if you even look at an aircraft, put it in your logbook. The industry wants to see that you have hands on experience.
