Don't think so. Experience must be obtained on aircraft registered in an EASA country. Thats what the CAA want, not sure about any other EASA national authorities as they seem still to have differences even though they all work to the same regs under the same umbrella.

Cool

Aircraft maintenance engineers with experience
working on operational civil aircraft outside of the EU
member states, may claim that experience towards the
grant of a Part-66 licence, providing that the experience
is deemed acceptable by the CAA.

D4.6 Experience Required
All applicants must meet the full experience
requirements. Experience claimed towards a Part-66
licence must meet the standards of Part-145 and must
be correctly authenticated in a manner acceptable to
the CAA
.
you can have non EU reg a/c as long as it is to 145 standard, i.e HAECO in HKG is a 145 approved organisation, therefore would be acceptable. Ghana, wouldn't think so somehow.

so even if i got a EASA part 66 license holder to sign those tasks, they still wouldn't be acceptable since the organisation is not working with 145 standards.
hmm looks like leave the DC8 stuff out of the application.

thanks..
