DOOM II not working with XP

SHOULD be:
"Dubai" <<<< now THAT's how it should be changed to. WE KNOW where DXB is....

Still no fix found

I guess I should have stated this part more clearly. The tapping by using the touchpad worked fine until recently. Some pesky setting has re-set somewhere.

The motion is fine for dragging, etc....it's just when I "click" (by using the main part of the touchpad, not the edges) on the vertical bar on web-pages....instead of scrolling one page, it jumps...
