The 120 first officers being laid off over the winter aren't actually easyJet crew are they, so I would have thought that FastJet can just help themselves.

The money was good then, £164 "tax free" in sector pay for a four sector day. My mates that stayed wish they hadn't.

I was in Rome last year and our Swiss colleagues...

I was in Rome last year and our Swiss colleagues on the next stand had both service doors open, in complete breach of SOPs and any thought with regard to common sense. :eek:

Dunno about working your todger off. For me, 750 hours/1350 duty hours in 2011.

These days I'd say job security is just about top of the list. You don't get crew food on the dole.
