ATPL Theory Validity under EASA

Does the usual 36 month time limit from month end of last ATPL exam sitting to IR completion still remain under EASA?

An update on the best time to finish training

I recall a few years ago people suggested 2011-2013 potentially looked like an OK time to be finishing the CPL/IR (particularly for modular guys).

The economy still looks pretty damaged to me...
