If you want SA plates, try the SACAA website - you'll be surprised what you can find there by just scratching around a bit.

Under the Aeronautical Information, select the Aeronautical Charts...

Found this on Wikipedia, and it explains the difference between spoilers and speed brakes very nicely. Personally I still do not understand the use of speed brakes on on pistons...

Great news....closing this loop hole is something that has been a long time coming. It will put comm pilots flying large aircraft where they belong...in the right hand seat.
