For S23 it alternates between NCL/GLA. So, one week x3 one week x1. Saturday is weekly, Sunday & Tuesday are fortnightly.

S24 is Saturday & Tuesday weekly.

TOM do not have a crew base at EDI. The aircraft positions in from LTN & yes spends Fri & Sat night in EDI. The flights are crewed from a mixture of bases. Mainly MAN, LTN & NCL....

As far as I am aware, G-BYAW doesn't have a planned paint job. I believe G-BYAX & G-BYAY are the only planned ex TOM aircraft to remain in the fleet for a few years to come, hence the re-paint.

G-OOBB, G-BYAX & G-BYAY are all due to be done...

G-OOBB, G-BYAX & G-BYAY are all due to be done through the winter. AX/AY for a re-spray as I beleive they will be 2 of the few ex-TOM 757 to remain in the fleet for the next few years!

The winter programme is not operated by Astraeus. It's operated by Thomson on B737-800 aircraft. Which is a roaming aircraft between EDI & LTN. Not sure on the plans for S12.

Correct. Thomson Airways have not operated B767-200 for a couple of years, maybe more now. Sadly! Pleasure to fly on! I am almost 99% sure that any longhaul from BRS except SFB operates via MAN.

Just with regard to Summer 2008 and Thomsonfly at MME, the reason TOM are pulling out of alot of bases, as if a base has one aircraft it isnt profitable, and that aircraft will be better used...
