Alternative headset idea?!

Probably a non-runner, but is it possible to use a "modern gaming headset" instead of an "aviation headset" in an airliner?

Gaming headsets are a fraction of the price for the same build quality...

The pilapt software that I purchased online, although helpful with my assessment, did not tell you if your answers were correct or not.

Seems a bit daft. The software seemed incomplete!?

Im aware of that Rainboe. My current job sees me working 12 hour days and im regularly away from home for up to 5 nights.
My point was that I wasnt sure whether the Netjets schedule of 5 days abroad...

Why when taxing to the runway for takeoff are the cabin crew allowed to walk about the cabin, but after landing when taxing to the gate they are not??
