How can the Aer Lingus recruitment team send out an email asking if you are type rated or not. Surely they are able to retrieve this information on ones application form?

I happily stand corrected but a 3 year renewable CONTRACT on offer isn't exactly enticing. Just my view but i guess nothing is certain in this world except one thing.

Are Norwegian finding it difficult to find crews for the 787 considering how poor the contract on offer is and the uncertainty of the operation. A 3 year contract speaks for itself.

Time will tell but if Aer Lingus cant make a profit on there own turf maybe going head to head in Gatwick with established carriers might not be such a bright idea.Im neutral on this one. :)
