A380 its carrying another A320 worth of passengers to New York .It has 34 extra Business class seats , 6 extra First Class seats , 89 extra economy seats and 6 tons extra freight...

Since Mexicana is now grounded it may interest a lot of you in South America that the Emirates pilot roadshow is going to Mexico City this Sunday and will be in Bogata Colombia shortly thereafter ....

Thumbs up Emirates requirements for interview have changed

:) I was told today, to qualify for an interview with Emirates ,you now need 4000 hours total time with 2000 hours on commercial multi engine jet over 10 tons OR 2500 hours on any multi engine...

There is a rumor going around that Etihad is not taking delivery of any 380s any time soon ? The reason given is that they are not ramped up for it.?

340 endorsed is not a requirement .330 and 340 is same CCQ to get 380 endorsement. Very soon next year the 380 will be an initial F/O entry aircraft . Not bad for a first wide body !

Can anyone tell me where the pilot crew rest will be installed on the 380s. Will it be up front or down the back ? Will it have reasonable dimensions etc.?
