From my experience :
flying the 757-300 is o.k., with a little lack of performance, the 767-300 is more fun, nice and roomy cockpit, easy to handle when flying manually.

AFAIK, if you burn one ton of fuel you get around 3.15 tons of CO2. So if you know the FF it's all basic maths.

Maybe a little offtopic, but how do you put 40.000 kilograms of fuel into the wing tanks of a 767-300? I thought it is around 37 tons max. Or did you mean 40k liters (or even 40k lbs)?

Probably you will be a normal FO with one exception: on long sectors where an extra pilot is required you might be the 'Senior FO' to take the left seat while the captain is in the bunk.

Well done guys! I experienced the same thing on APR21st on takeoff in FUE, 757-300 with RB 211. Although we were significantly higher, at about 30ft AGL, when that big seagull hit the right engine;).
