I am very much interested in doing a flight dispatchers course myself. It would be part time distance learning from home as I am in Dublin and currently have a full time job in the aviation industry....

FedEx a couple of years ago only came very very close to buying TNT what delayed this I do not know but when I say close there were plans for press conferences and staff announcments with FedEx etc....

last I heard was that ACL were to aquire 10 733s to operate on behalf of DHL, this was supposed to happen this year but no movements so far, did hear a rumour of Spring 2008, who knows.

best of luck with that , can't speak for UPS but with Fedex I would imagine the choice in nil, Fedex personel are not even entitled to JS on any of the vendor A/C ACL etc.
