If memory serves me,if your non RVSM you need...

If memory serves me,if your non RVSM you need 2000ft vertical seperation at or above FL 290. Below its just 1000ft.
In RVSM its 1000ft from FL 0 to FL410. Above that its 2000ft again.

Without starting another thread about PTC costing a fortune and so on and so forth, i've heard good reviews about the FAA/JAA conversion from people. Thats not to say PTC dont have problems.:}

I think you can do some tailwheel flying somewhere around sebastian or valcaria. I recommend going to cecil airfield to get a glimpse of the air force doing some vertical takeoffs:ok:

I went up for a check flight yesterday to revalidate my ppl and was told i could log it as PIC as long as i was'nt getting any tuition. I was essentially PIC and the instructor was just supervising....

Im irish myself. I did the ppl in ireland and went to the states for hours building because, it is much cheaper there. There are loads of pros and cons about doing your training here...

I did some hour building with Flight Safety Academy in Vero beach Florida....about an hour south of Orlanda. Very professional school, great instructors and a large fleet of well maintained aircraft.
