Roster stability is not very good. I think its mainly due to staffing levels. To be honest BHX just dosn't lose crew but other bases are always recruiting....

I have to agree there is no chance of a 195 direct entry. Reasons... Well for one the queue of flybe guys is a mile long as is. Not enough of them for current crew let alone newbies. Sorry!
