in general the TOGA sets the pitch for the ap or pilot to aim for.

in a NPA for example, in Glf aircraft go missed, TOGA, and as the Alt preset can not be set until GA, then dial in the Missed...

There are several opening over in UAE for HS125 pilots, including 800XP.

Not certain as to freelance. But I know you could get some good flying as a full time Hawker Co-Pilot. Albeit on perhaps...

I think BA should take itself to the court, and establish damages to its self for the fiasco at T5, then perhaps they could lead a class action for the passengers that have been mislead by the BA...
