Churning out tons of JAA CPL graduates. But these 'graduates' might not neccessarily what an operator wants. Having a licence is one thing... Having the right 'attitude' towards the job is another....

All depends on the operation you're in and where. 200 hrs is low.

Peltor's are good. Passive noise protection on them are better than the passive on some of newer ANR headsets. Imo,...
