I would be very cautious about "rules" with DGCA. They can change the expat and FATA equation rather quickly.

you can try applying to KF and 9W on the Props if you wish to. i think expats might be allowed to work even as FOs on the ATRs .. and with the crunch on right now, you might just get in .....
