Any insider knowledge on the run of late...

Any insider knowledge on the run of late departures for UA? Noticed it was sat well after departure time yesterday as we were on our way. Flight Stats seems to show on time, if not early arrivals.

As a pilot whom ops out of NCL, I am concerned at the smoking on the tarmac comments. This is a HUGE health and safety risk that should not have been allowed to occur, regardless of the delays....

I am looking for UK based operators whom offer chartering for between 4 - 15 pax.
Location is not important but I would prefer operators based around the MAN, BHX and LGW area.
