Well said Gonzo - the last thing we need is people who think they are doing us a favour by condescending to join us - I would vote for lowering TATC salary and benefits further to keep them out!

Are you serious? I know NATS is far from perfect but everyone I know (with a few exceptions) who works for another organisation would swap their lot for mine. I suppost it depends on where you work...

i have heard that some people are getting in the door in just under six months - it all depends on Medical and Security checks. Security clearance takes longer if you are from Ireland or outside UK.
