Torque increase for a prop decrease - why?

Hi,

Just wondering why when i'm flying my king air around on microsoft flight sim the torque increases when the prop rpm and subsequently fuel flow is decreased?

IAS to Mach Number?

Hi All,

Why do big jets when climbing past (for eg) FL200 to FL300, change from flying an IAS to a mach number? Is this for ATC seperation reasons of some sort or something else?

G'day folks,

Noticed in my C182 that I rotate and lift off at around 65KIAS and land about that speed as well, but aerodynamically does an aeroplane in general need a few extra knots up its sleeve...
