Section 5 of Cessna POH?

Since English is not my native language sometimes I can get a bit confused on sentences so can someone help me here.

Where it says for Range Profile:

This chart allows for the fuel used for engine start, taxi, takeoff and climb, and the distance during a normal climb as shown in figure x

just want to confirm that the distance during a climb is included in the NM range value given in the Range Profile graph.

So if the distance to climb to 6000' was say 30NM and the range at 6000' at 65% power from the graph was 950NM......does this 950NM include the distance used when climbing or is it in addition too??
