+70% of LGW crew have their names on the transfer list for LHR.
This pretty much says it all.

I believe that the internal lists for mainline crew to transfer from a fleet to another will need to be exhausted before starting an external recruitment campaign, i.e. from LGW to LHR or viceversa.

Cabin crew there belong to the NSP which means they can transfer between two bases.

hi...just got home after attending the BA assessment for LHR shorthaul.
I was so happy to take part in the assessment, many examples to give for 2-2-1 interview in my mind and very relaxed...
