Yes, but they have finished their 737 training at SASFA or CAE and with approved interview at Ryanair HR before they attended their course. It's not enough to come and have a 737 rating with no hrs...

Except if you have at least TT1500+ and then you need another 2-300 on type.
...and its hard to get 200 hours 737 on your own....
