For Captains, SAPL have announced retention bonuses over 3 years of 50, 50 and 100K = 200K to remain for 3 years.

120K for FOs.

300K for C&Ters.

And thats the point surely.

With SAPL an FO = 60 + 30K pa and within 18 months or so you are on 100 + 50K. You may think a command on a Metro is a better gig but what are the pay and promotion...

SAPL Increases Salary

SAPL now pay 100K + super + overtime + 2% per year + CPI to Captains. FOs are on a base of 60K + all the rest.

Pay is the best in Oz for a Dash 8.
