full flight, 8 infants, 5 wheelchairs, 1 medical emergency, 4 o2 bottles 2 of which got blocked, 1 passenger throw up all over me, 1 passenger grabs...

Tough one...

In the galley - well the galley on our regional jet isn't huge, so its awkward when even just 3 FAs are working in it... I spend the majority of the flight when not working chatting...

It seems to be a fun challenge among some crew to try and make me laugh during PAs. (We have a much larger bulkhead than most of the virgin aircraft, so we have much more space to hide)
