VeeAny,

Great shot! Must be one helluva camera to have a fast enough shutter speed to freeze that tailboom!

One more method after right-click is to "Save picture as ", you can then place it in any file on your hard-drive,(or a memory-stick, and can then move it to other computers you may have).

You can set as wallpaper by selecting 'browse' from the menu for wallpapers and selecting the file where you saved it. That way you can keep the piccie for as long as you want to.

This is my first time posting pictures so I hope I get it right!

Dubai World cup 1997. I took these pictures the day after the World cup was abandoned due to the biggest downpour I have ever seen. It rained so hard that it came inside the Jockeys weighing room and that was under the grandstand!
Sheikh Mohammed ran the race a week later.

Those of you that have lived or still live in Dubai will know about the fog. I took these from our balcony.

Ravens over Rwanda

As far as I know the three Raven IIs are the most northern flying 44s in Africa. The scenery is stunning... love it!!!

Flying over the Nyungwe Forest early mornings. It's the largest mountainous rain forest in Africa.

Landing at a Park Ranger station at almost 8000ft

Take off near the border to Tansania in the South East of Rwanda

Sunset near the Volcanoes at 7500ft

Agricultural patterns near the border to Uganda - I took this picture while flying for the National Geographic Magazine in January.

We did a story on the ferry flight from JoBurg north a few issues ago. Good to see they are being used and not just sitting in a hangar somewhere. Keep up the good work.

Cheers

PR.

It's been a real nightmare taking the bike out for a spin ever since the Huntsville Sheriff's department bought that ex-military helicopter at a government surplus goods sale...

SASless spotted this on National Helicopters website.

I don't know if it's a one-off.

I would never call those folks evil, they invited us over tonight to see the new addition...

Sorry for the quality of the pics, I would need 407 Driver's nice Nikon to deliver the quality I would like to have.
