Was that the little marina (first photo) right next to Cassis? Nice shot of Le Castellet Airport. I have just come back after flying over the exact same locations in your photos.

If anyone is down that way, I can highly recommend Le Castellet as a stop off for fuel or overnight.

Hi Delta,

In the last pic of your R44, what is the metal frame used for i can see mounted just above the pilots feet, to the right of the instrument panlel?

Operation PNG Assist

A few shots of some Oz Army rotorheads over in PNG, distributing aid to villages in Oro Province after heavy flooding caused by Cyclone Guba.

Hevilift guys did a great job too, but no shots of them on the Defence website, unfortunately!

Lovely pictures leftskids could we have some more info like where were they taken? I am mostly curious about that Jetranger which seems to be parked on a salt lake.
