just curious, what aircraft was used to sling the 412 and is there a reason why the MR blades weren't removed

ayaarr...

The lift ship is a Kamov 32... Pickup site terrain didnīt permit pulling the blades. I only moved it around 4 clicks to a more accessible site for pulling the blades, and loading on a truck. I donīt like moving them with the blades on. But no easy option in this case...

A few photos from our holiday in South Africa last month. These were all taken on a flight from Cape Town to Yzerfontein (up the West coast).

Looking over Cape Town towards Kenilworth and Table Mountain

Cape Town docks and waterfront

Ysterplaat military base

Koeberg nuclear power plant, a little way North of Cape Town

Overhead Rietduin looking South

I have a few more from this flight if anyone's interested.
