Did you prepare for the digital interviews at all? I can't find any resources on them, what is it that is asked, how should I prepare? And how did you do, have you had results yet? Please and thank you.

Seems the Tui cadet program his been closed, but will reopen in 6 weeks.
I got an email the other day saying not to expect a result until mid to late February, and the assessment centre will be sometime in may.
So I guess we should no longer expect to hear anything in January!
have a look on the website, applications now closed for 6 weeks

Just concerned if I’m the only one missing these important updates…

The questions are pretty simple, I seem to remember there are only 4. They are also fairly focused on your personal motivation, obviously doing a bit of research into the company helps but it's nothing to worry about, very straight- forward. I did mine before Christmas but I think everybody is looking at a good few weeks wait for any results. Good luck with your interview

Application page updated with "*Please note that due to a very high volume of applications for this role, it has been temporarily closed. We anticipate that the role will re-open in approximately 6 weeks’ time"
They probably came back after the holidays to see 10,000 video assessments needing reviewed

Last email I had was on 23rd saying to expect an update at the end of January. I completed the digital interview on 17th. Could be groups of applicants based on when you applied. So earlier hear back by end of Jan, then later applicants by end of Feb and later then if they reopen in 6 weeks and more apply.
Assessment days in May doesn't leave much time for any successful applicants to get a class 1, especially if any referrals are required. My advice would be to get that booked asap. Referrals to specialists can take months for even something as simple as a blip on your ECG.

Also a good shout on the medical - that said if 10,000 people now scramble to get a medical the six AMEs with initial class 1 approval may get a little busy!
My hunch is that those who have not been rejected at this stage will now have a human look at their application for the first time. That said, if there is a high volume of candidates that have met the basic criteria then they may use the scores to cream off the top. I hope not as I got A, A and aA (which would be great if I’d just done my a levels)

Report
Hi guy
So i checked my report and scores average on both numerical and verbal and below average on logical, does this mean there a good chance of not being invited to an assessment day or it’s just giving us a heads up on how we scored?
Thank you 😊

No I'd say the other emails had been manually sent out to all that had already applied and those who applied after that just get the automated emails.

Sorry I may have caused some confusion. I sent an email asking for a timeframe, and they said end of February. I would not have recieved this if I hadn't asked. Like Software said, I think they might have underestimated the amount of lower and middle class people wanting to be pilots! That being said good luck to all who applied no matter the background.
Just if you don't hear back in Jan, this would explain why!

I also passed stage 3 for LE. Did you get any email communication after the assessment day? Or did you just get told to wait until the end of Jan for info on the next stage?
I got a verbal pass in the debrief, and haven't heard anything since.

But as for the assessment day I don't think anyone is really sure to be honest.

I have mines this week coming, any tips at all?
Was the maths test mental or calculator based?
Thanks in advance and good luck in the next stage!

Test wise - I won't go into any specifics as I know they are keen on the candidate not knowing exactly what to expect. I don't think it'll hurt to know that you do get a calculator - I was told before mine so only fair I suppose!
Finally, expect a group exercise - again you'll understand if I don't share specifics.
Be yourself, do your research, and don't panic! Best of luck!
