I'm considering starting modular training at the moment. But I am concerned that more and more airlines are starting up their own integrated cadet courses. BA, Jet2, easyJet, Ryanair, Wizzair, and TUI all now have a cadet programme, so I expect they will primarily be drawing new pilots from there instead low hour modular pilots. Does this limit opportunities in the next few years for modular students?
