Fca6634/6635 Bhx-krk-bhx
Well, the forum description says 'like to know exactly what you think of us, the job, the airline', so why not...
Travelled on First Choice Airways FCA6634 and FCA6635 Tuesday 29th April from Birmingham - Krakow and back. The aircraft was chartered by the Holocaust Educational Trust for their day trip to Auschwitz. Anyway, to the point - I'd like to say that the entire crew onboard the flight were fantastic. Capt. and First Officer were great up front, with the Capt. making regular PA's on our route etc. The way the Capt. also greeted us all at the door in Krakow also impressed me. The Cabin Supervisor should also be proud of her team out back - all Cabin Crew were friendly and welcoming, doing more than enough for us on the flight - however, two particular members of Cabin Crew on the flight who were sat opposite me (I was in 11E, emergency exit row/door 2R), were excellent, and very friendly. We got talking to them re; school, university and charter seat pitches/thomson merger (albeit briefly). So thanks to the two Flight Attendants sitting opposite me at the Door 2R crew seats, opposite seats 11D/E, who made the flight very enjoyable, along with the rest of the crew.
I think the HET organiser also mentioned that some crew were in on their off day to operate this flight, so kudos again to them for that!
The crew that day are a credit to First Choice Airways, genuinely.

Fantastic to see your praise here, but please please email the airline to let them know, and have the comments passed on to the crew.

In my last job as FA with Thomsonfly, I specialised, and operated all of the HET flight to Auschwitz-Birkenau: It was something that I decided to do after returning from the first visit. Mixed in amongst the more mundane sun/sand flights, it kept me grounded and allowed a sense of contributing something worthwhile.
Th rest period normally provides an opportunity for the crew to make an abbreviated visit to the camp - something that I used to arrange and set-up, and then guide. Without exception, crews found it a valuable experience, with the always kind and patient assistance of the excellent Rabbi Barry Marcus.
Leaving Thomson/FCA/TUI meant no longer operating these flights, and was my main regret - It is reassuring to see that crews continue to maintain high standards on these flight: Please contact the airline with your thoughts, as the crew would be delighted to hear from you.
P.S. - I hope that you don't mind - I have copied this thread to the Thomson/FCA private forum where there is a good chance that the operating crew will see it.

Rabbi Barry Marcus was a very useful person to have on the trip, and the ceremony he conducted at the end of the rail tracks was very.... thought provoking, and allowed for a lot of reflection.

HET (Holocaust Eductional Trust) is an outstanding organisation, they are a UK charity who's objective is to educate young people about the effects of the holocaust and why it's relevant in todays world, the obvious aim being to ensure such an occurence never happens again, they also help descendents of victims to visit Auschwitz.
HET were responsible for ensuring that certain elements of the holocaust were included in the UK school curriculum for history.
I've never flown with FCA/Thomson/TUI but I'm glad to hear they are offering such great service.
