Flybe BHX-Channel Islands

I regularly fly BHX-JER/GCI. Leaving on the early Monday morning flight, and returning on th late Friday afternoon flight. The aircraft does BHX-JER-GCI-BHX. After return to BHX, does it stand at BHX until the afternoon flight, BHX-GCI-JER-BHX, or is it used for another return flight to somewhere in the meantime. Also do the flight crew do the same flights as the aircraft?.
