Why are those A380's parked on the fuel dump?

kingRB 27th Jun 2009 12:34

clearly way off PF.

The nose section on those is much more attractive than the A380!

ForkTailedDrKiller 28th Jun 2009 07:21

Where was the Fork-tailed Doctor Killer yesterday?

I mentioned a fire at the Yankee museum in my post re the B-17's
Don't know if it made the news in oz but here are pictures of the fire if any of you didn't see it.

Local Hangar: Yankee Air Museum - Picture Page

It is kind of old news, was back in 2004

ForkTailedDrKiller 28th Jun 2009 21:35

RUT, now there's a blast from the past!

Nice work Jaba, you didn't bother to tell me about such news!

Any news from the flight test?

This almost warrants it's own thread.

Aww c'mon Doc, you just a little jealous that it goes quicker than yours...:}

PyroTek 29th Jun 2009 00:43

Hey doc, hate to burst your bubble, but if the Jab was the Plastic Parrot... wouldn't the -10 be say... the Alfoil Hawk? or something a bit faster than a parrot? :ok:

Maybe the Alfoil Ibis would suit better, with it's home aerodrome in mind.:}

J3, that is yet to be tested - and NOT likely! :E

slackie 29th Jun 2009 03:42

Jaba...gotta say I was a little nervous seeing the -10 taxiing around with the pitot cover on!!

Wanderin_dave 29th Jun 2009 03:47

Jaba, given the position of RUT in the background, that 10 has gotta be a Critt built example..... In other words she'll be an absolute beauty!!!

----Right, i'm at home and can see the vid now. Clearly it is a Critt built example. Good work and blue skies! :ok:
