God I ate some great tucker there!

Helly put on lunch for the crew everyday we had a fantastic cookboy who was ex Papuan Hotel had run away home to his Enga mob.

The only solid food i ate while in Hagen unless there were nibbles at the Hagen Park:p

And the real big men wannim 44 belong im benzine bilong balus. :}
And there aint to many of them about these days either. I had to use petrol from the boat bowser to get from Daru to Kerema once. Then I picked up half a drum that Talair had left behind. used a sample bucket from the refueler to decant it from the drum into the aircraft. :}
Almost the same as home but cost planty Kina.
