I thought earlier in the year there wasn't anything planned beyond the March class (which looks not to be the case) so keep remembering plans can and do change. It's the nature of the beast.

Don't stress people. At least it is an airline that is recruiting this year. Same can't be said for the other airline.

Guy's what is the experience of the people that are getting call ups for the ejet and 777?

I can only go by what my mate's hours are so it may not be an accurate figure but the 3 guys I know (and myself) all have over 4000hrs with multicrew command experience. 2 went to the ejet and 2 went to the B777.

Though the number sounds ridiculous, an 'internal recruitment advisor' published that they would need 40 E-jet FO's mid year!

Correct. It is in regards to "new" applicants. I have had my application in for about six months now though ... i guess that is still probably considered new
