Minding me own business at YWHA

Was disapointed that my IFR traffic Minstrel23 left before I arrived. Fortunately Minstrel24 was behind him....

Hi, I live in Charleville Qld. The total amount of aircraft that were evacuated from CNS and ISA down to CTL was 11. A total of 6 Beechcraft King Air's, 3 Pilatus PC12's and 2 Cessna C208's. They were all parked at the RFDS hangar along the taxiway.

Eurodisney?
Nah, it's Disney in Orlando.

That is one of the very tired looking aircraft from the movie Pearl Harbour.

I've got a few more dribs and drabs from there including Walt's Gulfstream that I'll post later.

Pod is open so that the cargo boi can put the tail stand in the pod. Look close and you can see feet and the end of the tail stand.

Yes Jaba I know!

Nice theory blackie, but that van was Taxiing IN after a flight, so a bit of an oops. There are two kinds of caravan drivers, the ones who have done that and ones that will

Just so you know blackie, I watched the aircraft land on RWY07, taxi IN and past me as I was waiting to depart. I took interest in the aircraft as I had flown it in a previous incarnation. So I can assure you, there was no 'boi' on an active taxiway and there is NO shoes or tailstand in the picture, only your imagination.

@J3
Well it is near the ground run up bay not the taxi way.
You would have been standing close to Careflight jet hangar when you took the photo

Sounds like we found our culprit Blackie

Reminds me of the time I watched a certain senior female pilot (circa 2007) of chartair land, and taxi in from the runway with the tow bar still attached to the nose wheel of her C210!

How the hell she started it, taxiied and departed without dinging the propeller or jamming the undercarriage when she retracted the gear I'll never know.

You wouldn't believe it unless you saw it! Thankfully it was the mail run with no pax.

I couldn't stop laughing for sometime
