I've got some pix of that Sabre (and several of its brothers) on the flight line at Butterworth when I was there a few lifetimes ago....I'll see if I can scan them in the next few days.......
From a recent trip.
Where's the strip and what's the island in the background. Shouldn't be too hard to figure.
Another easy one.
A bit more remote. Rather long chain of dry lakes.
Impact crater down the road a bit from the above dried lakes. Name and where?
Where's the 210 parked?

The hand/park brake was set, there was no wind and I was only down the way a bit at the pink roadhouse for half an hour. So there!
The rego is hiding behind the wing on the tail.

How does one go about acquiring a Sabre these days? Was that aircraft sourced from Malaysia?

I took this picture of an Australian built CA27/F86 in Bandung, Indonesia, about 2001/2 - there was a second one there too that flew occasionally. The pictured CA27 was complete down to engine, gunsight and armament.
