The first generation of man-portable weapons were not a huge success
Hoskins pondered the mysterious arrival of the giant shell outside his foxhole. His squad mates seemed prepared to accept the official explanation that it had been fired from a 45 caliber gun. But when you'd worn out as many boots as Hoskins had, you recognized BS when you heard it.
After a thorough reading of the instructions, Hoskins was confused. Though guaranteed to effectively deal with constipation, how, exactly, was one to insert the suppository?

Thank God that’s out, next time the Sarge threatens to shove his boot so far up my arse, I better do as he says.
I don't think clothing stores will believe me when I tell them how my boot was damaged.
