That's what Wikipedia says.. Not the most trustworthy source, but much better than most of X accounts
BTW do you have the tail numbers of the downed aircrafts? Should be somewhere available

I read it, doesn't include sources and looks quite random
Wikipedia says 250-274 helicopters

Like Gervaise said, reading stuff on X is like reading stuff on Public toilet walls.

Thank you Riki :-)

How many the aircraft the enemy has is irrelevant if they cannot be deployed without superiority.
Russia has lost the air war to modern munitions and reconnaissance. Their bases are hit. Aircraft destroyed in the air and on the ground. The enemy has lost the initiative.
So all it can do is use stand off weapons beyond the range of Ukrainian defences and hit civilian targets.
You don't have to destroy the enemy to win. Just deny him the ability to wage it.

You must be an avid reader of public toilet walls then, because although you keep denouncing the sources of information on here, you still keep coming back and are still reading this thread lol. 😂

Please remember that these guys performance is measured by the responses they generate, not by the number of words they post. So I will reply to you not to him/her. The Wikipedia source quoted does indeed mention 250-274 helicopters .... procured since 2010. That is, absolutely not the strength of the Russian VVS helicopter fleet.

It appears the rampant inflation in Russia is destroying the housing market.

The 20% bank rate is killing internal investment. Inflation tags along for the ride.

The nukes are ready says Russia, well of course they are, every county in the world that operates them, will have them at a permanent state of readiness. They are not a retaliatory threat if they aren’t.

well golly, Lava-lips is making a threat, that is not a threat, but could be a threat, and is reminiscent of the Assyrian Suicide Squad in "The life of Brian". Dark Helmet continues to chant "cross this line, you die!" "cross this line then, you die... !"

My own youth was spent chasing soviet boomers about the 7 seas, and once upon a time, they were more of a threat to us than themselves. Since F-Troop took over the public purse and did their reverse Robbing Hood protocols on the suspecting public of the great gulag, they now pose a risk to both sides, theirs and ours. One thing is certain, after the first bucket of sunshine gets tossed by Dark Helmet of the High Tower, the majority of Moscow will be improved for car parking, and lighting at night will be extraneous to necessities.

Assuming that the other side will not retaliate with the use of any nukes would be asinine or suicidal.

That would be part of it but consumer confidence is a bigger part of it. You would want to know you have a job, a partner/husband and your investment/home will still be standing when the war is over.
