A good read. Just a short part of it.
https://theukrainianreview.com/the-r...rce-a-tragedy/
A general expectation is that Netanyahu will come to the end of his political career when the present war – actually the fifth between Israel and the Arabs – comes to an end. Putin is set to be in power at least until 2030, but even his time seems to be running out. He has not won his war of aggression against Ukraine, initiated in 2014. He has not conquered Kyiv or Odesa, not even Kharkiv and Kherson. The magnificent Ukrainians, few and badly armed, have stopped – yes, stopped – what was considered the world’s second-strongest army, a victory so unbelievable that many in the West began to fantasise about what could happen next, and consequently, now as the war, very naturally, has stalemated, believe that the Ukrainians are facing a defeat. I do not believe in this doomsday scenario.
I expect another two or even four years of war, then a Ukrainian-European victory as the alliance behind Ukraine swings into a serious war economy. The bigger picture tells us already that the Russians are bogged down, suffering disastrous losses of men and material on the front, and that money is pouring out of the Kremlin coffers, and that the Russian public may be slowly waking up to the disaster that their rulers have created and are presiding over, rather nervously, I believe.

Usual caveats:
"Russian Grounds Forces are claiming to have Captured a Leopard 2A6 which was Abandoned recently by Ukrainian Forces near the Frontlines in the East."

It looks like the ammo locker has burnt out and there appears to have been some fwd around the hatch area on top of the turret.

Just putting some of the recent numbers into context.

The sources are below. Note that the relative population comparisons should be treated very cautiously. Many Russians and Ukranians are now abroad. Also many Ukrainian nationals are in occupied territories. It is hard to be sure of accurate numbers.

Russian instructor describes Putin's tactics to the west of Avdiivka, highlighting significant operational difficulties despite reported progress, particularly at the Orlivka-Tonen'ke axis. The lack of coordination and communication among units leads to confusion and disorganisation on the ground, resulting in ineffective offensives and unnecessary risks for troops.

They could start fixing that problem right now. They are selling to Russians the shoddy new buildings they have thrown up at low prices, start dropping a few and the market for Russians to buy and move to Mariupol will collapse along with the buildings.

Polish President to Propose NATO Spends 3% of GDP on Defense
Polish President Andrzej Duda will propose that NATO member states raise the minimum level of defense spending to 3% of economic output in his talks with US President Joe Biden.
Duda and Prime Minister Donald Tusk are traveling to the US to meet Biden at the White House on Tuesday as Warsaw seeks reinforcement of the defense alliance’s eastern flank in the face of the war in Ukraine, Poland’s neighbor.
Duda, speaking before a meeting with Tusk’s government and party leaders, said he wants to propose raising the spending threshold from 2% in talks with all NATO members, including Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg on Thursday.
“Nobody will dare to attack strong NATO, strong nations that will be able to defend their borders,” Duda said.
The proposal comes after Donald Trump, the 2024 Republican presidential frontrunner, has said he told a NATO ally during his presidency that he would encourage Russia “to do whatever the hell they want” to countries that didn’t meet the alliance’s defense spending obligations.
