I just cannot understand the thought behind this, they hand over tanks and APC to form the core of a counter offensive but withhold the equipment that might guarantee the success.

One for the Hague. If he is not killed in action, he must be dug out from whatever hell hole he is hiding in and dragged to the court.

Our politicians need to find some courage and get on with it. What is the real obstacle I wonder, other than being weak,

Russia are claiming 2 Mig 29 and 2 SU25 shot down this week, all be it without the usual video evidence.. Lets hope if true the pilots lived to fight another day, though I highly doubt Russian claims bearing in mind they have shot down the Ukrainian AF several times over.
Ironically, by announcing such they are actually supporting the argument by Ukraine that they need the F-16 to replace them, whether true or not.

Graphic Beware, Clearing a trench, quotes only so you choose if you want to view it, it won't auto load on page

Seems a waste of a grenade after shooting the guy!
Hard to see an argument for not doing it. What's the difference between supplying combat aircraft and supplying all the other weapons that are already in use? Ukraine's Western allies have now invested so much in repelling the invasion that they surely cannot now afford to let Russia claim any sort of victory.
Saves on postage.
That was a risky assault for the Ukrainians, it could have easily gone the other way. The Russians friend slept through the whole thing. Seems a lot of effort to get a Lada for the surviving family.
If the incident was beside Moscow, there might be sympathy for the brutality of war, but this bunch are part of a criminal invasion, they are fighting the wrong people.

If Putrid had time set aside for a lucid moment, would he wonder how long his project of winning the hearts and minds of Ukrainians will take to heal the hatred towards Russians, and Putin, that Ukrainians have gained, and which the rest of the world has largely condemned? When your only mate is a nasty individual such as Prickgoesin, perhaps you need to consider a new vocation, as master tactician is not working out so well.

Well with this guy as his mate, I suppose he is using China to boost his eastern numbers, because Russia on its own does not come close and is I am glad to report diminishing over the last couple of years.. A bit of a gall asking the west to behave decently!
