Whatever the official rationale, it’s not being shared publicly. I note there have been op-Ed’s by knowledgeable military experts which urge the provision of fighter jets for UKR. I’m astonished that any general officer with combined armed operations would choose to conduct defensive or offensive ground operations with insufficient AirPower.
