Modern Elmo old chap, it would be rather nice if you posted a link to the hugely long tracts of stuff that you wish to bring to our attention, rather than taking up a page or so for each of them.

It would also be rather nice if you made some comment, perhaps explaining why you think it necessary that we read the stuff and giving us the benefit of your erudite thoughts on the topics you raise.

Could you try that?

My last tour was, and in fact my current job is writing training courses for the MoD.

In both mil and non-mil organisations the instructions were/are the same.

"I've done the analysis and you need a 24 day course!"

"Wrong answer Bloggs. There's only 20 days available, go away and re-do the analysis until it says 20 days!!"

It'll be the same with this review.

"We have to do X, we have Y, therefore we need to buy Z"

"Sorry Bloggs, we've only got A. Go away until you find a way to get X+B out of Y-C"

Modern Elmo

I'd have thought a person with your Wikipedia skills would have been able to find out who the West Side Boys are here: West Side Boys - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

If you'd bothered to look, you would have seen that your joke is not at all funny. It's far too close to the truth for comfort.
