And as you can see, this is the only part of the airframe that is aerodynamic.

Some good efforts so far, so I'll announce the winner this Friday night after I've eaten dinner and had a wine or two.

And don't forget the nature of our global community makes me UTC + 10.

And the winner is.........Don'ttouchthat! with "There's dirt under that tyre! Get it cleaned, you 'orrible little pilot!"

Honorable mention to 6Z3, for a mention of my name and his prediction of my current circumstances.....one or two very good glasses of red and its UTC +20.

Anybody out there keen to tell me which one ends soonest.......the wifes 'i told you so....don't know why your up all night on that thing..........blah blah blah' or the effects of the red wine?

Anyway over to you Don'ttouchthat!

The red wine effect ends all too soon. The wife's condition is permanent and is exacerbated by the wearing off of the red wine ambivalence leading to 2x wife effect.
"I told you not to have another glass..... you're turning into an alcoholic" never sounds good when befuddled and overhung. Sad thing is, she's also right

Gosh. Blush. etc.. Most kind and unexpected...

..to the point I've been caught short and totally unprepared to post the next pic. Flyingblind has very kindly agreed to tell me how and (fingers crossed) I'll get something up this evening.

Sorry. Novice pilot cluttering up the circuit.

OK. I have a very bad feeling that this isn't going to work. Here goes nothing...

If the image appears, please welcome the next caption competition.

If not, assume I'm cursing a lot and trying to fix it. Normal service will be resumed, etc ...

Well what do you know . Assuming everyone else can see it, fire away.

I'll have to judge it on Friday as will be away the week after. Good luck.

Following the dissolving of his partnership with Mr Pratt, Mr Whitney's first attempt at aircraft design was widely considered to be relying too heavily on his previous experiences.

In this 1950's photo Bill Gates was seen the present the Microsoft Bugcatcher, the caption at the time stated it was pilotless because it had been known to seek and destroy pilots as well other more widely known pest's.
