Is anybody pass the selection of NASAIR from Istanbul this month?

I passed the selection and received an indecent proposal from Jetstream. Is anyone got the same proposal?

I passed, Got an e mail from Jetstream asking for 8000 Euros to pay
2000 Upfront in 5 days.:ugh: The rest Pro rata :O

Hello everybody,

I would like to know if any one working for Nas would like to confirm that you are not allowed to go home until finished training 10 weeks cca plus probation period, almost 6 months? Did I get right info?

Previous two questions are also good ones, hoping to get some info soon...

Try Meccti

mo320777 30th Aug 2014 09:11

Doesnt show much .no contacts no emails
Are they hiring nowdays ?

Cair117 31st Aug 2014 11:20

Money is as previously said. Captains take home aproxx 17000K USD depending on how much you fly. I believe the FO's around 11-13K USD.

Hiring is non stop, but they can't seem to find people or even keep people. We are getting more 320's and a few 330s as well. Only offering Full time and 20/10 contracts at the moment.. Hoping for something better down the road.

Upgrade is probably not going to happen. To be honest, I only know of 1 expat that came as a FO and upgraded, and it took him a while to do so. Just had a class go through and all but 1 was Locals.

Training does take a while, not because the training takes so long, but the time waiting between what needs to be done is too long. They could consolidate everything and have people go through in 6 weeks, but because the training department is so disorganized, it takes 4-6 months to get finished. Typically they don't want you to go home.. The reason being, "Something may open and you may be gone"... Which has happened.
