Ok - qua lo dico e qua lo nego - sarebbe il caso che collaborassimo un pò insieme mettendo da parte interessi privati - (noto un certo parallelismo con la situazione italiana attuale) -
... la butto lì ... e se ci mettessimo insieme?
voglio dire: lo facciamo da un pc solo uno alla volta e vediamo cosa ne esce, visto che i test sembra che siano al limite umano.

Chiedo scusa fin d'ora a tutti quelli che hanno postato o che mi hanno scritto anche in pm ma, oltre a dover fare I test con ezy, ho anche diversi cazzi da sistemare in ambito privato
Detto questo, I test:
Ci sono due test, non a tempo, di carattere psicoattitudinale.
Il primo è diretto a valutare la personalità, il secondo è più aviation oriented.
Non mi azzardo a darvi consigli qui, anche perchè io sono molto instabile psicologicamente
Scherzi a parte, qui la cosa è assolutamente soggettiva.
Test di orientamento spaziale: sagomina dell'aereo da posizionare su una specie di battaglia navale in base a quello che si legge dalla radio bussola e dall'adf. Niente di difficile, ma questo è a TEMPO e vi garantisco che VOLA.
Multi tasking skills test: questo è divertente. Strip verticale con una porzione di pista che si può far scorrere su e giù. Aereo che entra da sx a dx. Bisogna posizionare la pista per fare atterrare l'aereo. Nel frattempo a dx ci sono due finestre. In una semplici equazioni da risolvere, nell'altra una serie di lettere dove bisogna trovare se una lettera si ripete almeno due volte nella serie. Divertente, a TEMPO! io l'ho finito a 0.01 secondi dalla fine.
Complex controls skills: Tunnel con oggetti rotanti che avanzano verso di te. Negli oggetti ci sono delle fenditure. Bisogna passarci dentro senza sbattere. Inutile dirlo, appena inizi e prendi la mano il tempo finisce.
Accurate calculation test: semplici equazioni da risolvere. Anche questo a tempo e brevissimo.
Complex verbal skills: vengono fornite informazioni su una società o una persona presentate in più pagine. Bisogna rispondere a delle domande. Il test è a trabocchetto e necessita una conoscenza dell'inglese approfondita in quanto io ho trovato più di una doppia negazione.
Questo è quanto.
Io in passato ho fatto sia il DLR basico e il Compass per delle compagnie teutoniche. A me questi test sembrano un mix tra dlr, compass e pilapt.
Non ho capito ancora ad oggi che target si siano prefissati ma credo che con questi test daranno una bella scremata a un bel pò di gente, ore o non ore.
Non ci sono modi per prepararti in due giorni.
Io per il dlr mi sono preparato per 5 mesi e l'ho passato per un niente (poi non mi hanno preso comunque).
Comunque non E' il dlr e nemmeno il compass o il pilapt.
E' un mix a tempo.

mi hanno inviato il quiz il 26.04 precisissimi un mese dopo aver applicato e l ho svolto questa mattina
allora i quiz sono tutti come elencati da eaglenest72 contenuto anche e` accurato.
alcuni sono divertenti, Io mi sono impallato probabilmente nel piu` facile di tutti quello delle equazioncine, il tempo e` strettissimo, assicuratevi d essere rigorosamente SOLI xke` discutere cn qualcuno sulla soluzione vi portera` via attimi preziosissimi !
Non mi sono preso granche` di una pausa tra un quiz e l altro, forse mi sarei dovuto rilassare prima di iniziare quello dei calcoli.
tutto sommato nulla di assurdo.
ce n e` anche uno sulle contraddizioni anche se non sembrerebbe, tra i primi due senza il limite temporale.
quello sulla capacita` di raccogliere informazioni e sentenziare vero o falso e` praticamente impossibile farlo tutto. non credo se lo aspettino. Sono arrivato a meta`.

ps. ho 1700hr su un G450 e mi hanno contattato dp un mese, giusto per darvi un idea.

fatto oggi...io dico che complessivamente non è difficile....la parte che mi ha messo più in difficoltà è stata la parte finale del english verbal skills, il testo proposto è parecchio complesso e riguardante un argomento di carattere economico che avrei fatto fatica a comprendere appieno anche in italiano 
.....su 18 tasks proposti son riuscito a rispondere a 8/9...e poi son finiti i 6 minuti...

Fatto oggi. Mio piccolissimo consiglio di farlo con estrema tranquillità, son tutti esercizi relativamente semplici, la bega più grossa è il test di comprensione dell'inglese, davvero impossibile da farsi, nemmeno se fosse in italiano.. almeno per me........

Fatto, a parte i due senza tempo, che sembrano un po' il test psicologico del militare per chi lo ha fatto il resto ci si rende conto se si fa bene o no. I due psico attitudinali secondo me sonombasati sul ripetersi di domande simili che vengono confrontate con altre che a loro volta si ripetono.si riesce cosìma capire se le risposte date sono naturali o ricercate. Il,difficile é che spesso ad una situazione simile si risponderebbe diversamente a seconda del momento e delle precondizioni. Quindi anche se si volesse rispondere con estrema sinceritá sarebbe difficile.Per gli altri i più difficili sno quellomdi calcolo, nonmper la difficoltà delle operazioni, molto semplici, ma dall'estremo stress messo dal tempo minimo.

I've been translating this thread and I agree with all of you. 18 questions in 6 minutes........come on! I am a native English speaker and I had trouble with that one. As an ex-military guy I struggled with the section with questions "The Captain is 10 minutes late for check-in etc etc" but what can you do?

Penso che il mio risultato fu a dir poco scandaloso, quindi non mi starei a preoccupare più di tanto su quello.
